Selling Partner Services is looking for a passionate, innovative leader to help define and set economic conditions for the success of our sellers globally.
To meet our sellers’ needs, our smart, diverse, customer-obsessed employees are constantly innovating on behalf of sellers, developing fee strategies and incentives to help sellers grow on Amazon.
The role will impact over 2 million sellers offering new, used, and collectible products to Amazon customers around the world.

He / she will have a strong bias toward data driven decision-making. He / she will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and juggling multiple projects, able to think big and be creative (while paying careful attention to detail), and will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
He / she will work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, Seller Recruitment, Business, and Finance teams around the world.
The scope for this role includes the following :
- Establish and apply economic frameworks to modify fee structures and magnitudes. Communicate trade-offs to ensure we prioritize the most critical and impactful work.
- Partner with business, data scientists, product managers, and finance to identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present executive level business recommendations.
- Analyze and solve business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context.
- Manage and execute large projects from start to finish including project scoping, data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and analysis, problem solving, communication of insights and recommendations, in-market delivery, and monitoring and optimization.
- Participate in periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership team.
- Reporting of key insights and trends, using statistical rigor to simplify and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines
This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to engage with senior business stakeholders, think creatively, drive results, keep pace with our explosive growth, and inspire teammates to meet the challenges of a fast-moving business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning / driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
