Job Description : The Entry Level Marketing Assistant at Talkish Co. supports the marketing team in implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.

This role involves assisting with various marketing tasks, including research, promotional material preparation, event coordination, and administrative duties to help ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Pay : $22.50 - $31.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for promotional materials and advertising needs.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential business opportunities.
• Assist in the development of marketing reports by gathering data from internal teams and external sources.
• Help maintain and update marketing databases and customer contact lists.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing marketing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate the production of print advertisements and ensure timely delivery to appropriate channels.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
