JOB SUMMARY
As a CDL Truck Driver, your top priority is safety. You will represent our company by delivering quality goods and providing excellent customer service.
If you love the open road and appreciate being home daily, this role is perfect for you! Enjoy shorter driving distances with most runs being out-and-back on the same day.
You will be compensated not just for miles driven but for all aspects of the transportation process.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination.
- Assist with unloading using a pallet jack as needed.
- Perform multi-stop deliveries to various retailers, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip inspections on the tractor and trailer.
- Ensure compliance with company, FMCSA, and DOT regulations and procedures for safe operation of equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain professional standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age of 23.
- One year of verifiable tractor / trailer experience required; two years preferred.
- No history of DUI or other drug / alcohol-related driving convictions.
- Doubles / Triples endorsement preferred (training available).
- Ability to safely inspect and operate trucks and equipment.
- Valid Idaho CDL Class A and medical card.
- Professional, reliable, and timely, with knowledge of delivery routes and highways.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate professionally with all partners.
- Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening.
