About The Position
Opportunity Details
Medicus is partnering with a well-established hospital in central New Jersey to provide locum tenens Hospitalist coverage.
Opening Overview :
- Shift Times : 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 8a-4p, or 7a-3p
- No call shifts
- Daily Census : 20-30 patients, 3-8 admissions
- Beds : 113 hospital beds, 10 ICU beds
- Open ICU
- Responds to codes
- Procedures : Intubations, central lines
- ICU : Open, with intensivists available from 7a-7p daily; remote ICU support overnight
- EMR : EPIC
- Support Staff : MD, APC, Intensivist
- BC or BE, IM / FM
- Paid travel & lodging
- 1-hour outside of New York City
