Job Title : Recruiter / HR Coordinator

Job Type : Full-time On-Site

Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter / HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm for finding top talent and representing Western Building Products as a top employer.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
  • May participate on company committees as needed
  • Greet new employees on their first day of work; conduct new employee orientation, onboarding, and training
  • Keep employee changes updated in personnel files and HRIS
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
  • Act as the technical resource to address and resolve inquiries and problems related to the human resources function

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in recruiting
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting top talent
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
