Primary Responsibilities

  • Host Virtual Consultations : Conduct Zoom meetings with individuals and families to discuss their insurance needs.
  • Guide Clients Through Enrollment : Provide advice and assistance throughout the enrollment process.
  • Answer Client Inquiries : Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with Team Members : Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Maintain Accurate Records : Document client interactions and keep detailed enrollment notes.

  • Excellent Time Management Skills : Capable of balancing tasks effectively.

  • Technology Proficiency : Experience with Windows-based software and office equipment.
  • Home Office Setup : Must have a Windows Laptop / PC, reliable internet access, and a working camera .
