Quality Review Specialist
A company is looking for a Quality Revisions Specialist responsible for reviewing loan and title company documents for accuracy and resolving post-closing issues.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and prioritize a pipeline of loans for timely document review and disbursementDrive resolution for issues by engaging relevant parties including borrowers and underwritingConduct Compliance Reviews to ensure accuracy of critical documents and manage defect resolutionsRequired Qualifications and EducationHigh school diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred1-2 years of experience in closing / processing at a title company or financial institutionExperience in post-closing or real estate loan documentation preferredFamiliarity with compliance standards and document accuracy
