Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cloud Services Manager to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

The Cloud Services Manager is responsible for ensuring that the cloud services (commercial, private, and hybrid) provided by the TDL are meeting customer's requirements both in terms of performance and finances.

They work with the customer and stakeholders to identify and establish key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) to measure the performance of cloud services throughout their lifecycle.

They will work with the team to collect metrics and monitor their status using reports, dashboards and alerts. They will identify services that can be improved or streamlined.

Basic Qualifications :

High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

7 years of position-specific relevant experience; DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order.

Preferred Qualifications :

Relevant commercial cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMWare, etc )

Clearance Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen

Must have an active Top Secret and must be eligible for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
