Join one of the valley's busiest restaurants at Las Casuelas Nuevas. We are looking for an early morning Maintenance from 4 : 30am - 12 : 00, 5 to 6 days a week as part of a 4 person team.

Key Responsibilities :
- Routine Maintenance : Conduct routine inspections and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen equipment.
- Repairs : Address and resolve issues with kitchen appliances, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, and other systems promptly.
- Emergency Response : Respond to maintenance-related emergencies during hours of operation to ensure minimal disruption to business.
- Cleaning and Upkeep : Maintain cleanliness of mechanical areas, utility rooms, and equipment, ensuring that workspaces are free from hazards.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety standards; report any risks to management.
- Collaboration : Work closely with restaurant management to identify maintenance needs, prioritize repairs, and minimize downtime.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Prior experience in a maintenance role
- Skills : Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair; basic carpentry and painting skills are a plus.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to diagnose issues accurately and resolve them efficiently.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Availability : Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, or late evenings as needed.
Responsibilities of a Cleaner / Janitor :
- Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
- Gathering and emptying indoor trash
- Clean, service and resupply restrooms
- Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance)
- Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
- Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities
- Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner / Janitor duties
- Requiring supplies of the tools and equipment needed for Cleaner / Janitor duties
- Organizing and executing spraying of fumigant and insecticides
