Summary : Seeking a Controls Engineer to manage multiple projects, develop control narratives, and produce detailed instrumentation plans.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
5-10 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Bluebeam.
Knowledge of standards applicable to instrumentation and controls.
Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and DCS equipment.
Preferred Skills :
PLC / DCS programming experience.
Job Responsibilities :
Produce installation details, electric room layouts, cable schedules, control panel layouts, loop diagrams, and instrumentation plans.
Develop control narratives.
Specify process instrumentation and size control valves using vendor software.
Develop specifications and data sheets for instrumentation and controls systems.
Review vendor submittals for input on instrumentation and controls.
Consult with team members to ensure smooth project information flow.
Assemble scopes, drawings, and specifications for equipment procurement.
Pay Details : $51.00 to $69.00 per hour
