Club Concessions Manager - Cleveland Browns Stadium

Job Description

Aramark is currently seeking a Club Concessions Manager to support the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, OH! The Club Concessions Manager leads all aspects of Club concessions operations, including managing inventory, staffing, customer service, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of managing successful concessions operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for maximizing revenue and profitability of the Club concessions operation
• Ensure that all products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and meet or exceed customer expectations
• Manage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of all products
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure that the concessions operation is fully staffed and that employees are trained in all aspects of the operation
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the concessions operation, including sanitation, safety, and security measures
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to food service and alcohol service
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate operations, such as event planning, marketing, and facilities management
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
• Assist the catering team, oversee premium catering events
• Develop and maintain effective client and customer rapport
• Deliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out events
• Facilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event orders
• Assist in executing catering events on non-game days, as assigned by Director

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of related experience
• Prior experience in a management or supervisory role preferred
• Previous experience in events, hospitality, concessions, and catering preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR equivalent experience required
• Must have excellent communications skills
• Complete Food Handlers and Alcohol Service Certifications as required
• Must be available to work event-based hours
• Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
