About The Position
Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : New graduates are welcome;
SNF experience preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : COTA Certification Must-Have : Completion and attachment of pre-screening, resume, and license verification Job Description : - Ensure pre-screen is completed and attached when submitting candidacy.
- Attach a resume and license verification upon application submission; incomplete applications will be declined. - COVID test required 72 hours before the start date, with results available 48 hours prior.
- Conduct a variety of background checks, including county, federal, multi-state criminal searches, and sex offender search for the past 7 years or more.
- Complete HHS / OIG Search, GSA Search, Social Security Number Trace, and SAM Search. - Provide 2-step PPD, Quantiferon, or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.
- Undergo a state background check as performed by the facility. Please review all credentialing requirements prior to application submission.
