Your work matters every single day. This full time position is eligible for all full time benefits offered : Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Paid Holidays, Wellness days, etc.
Shift : Availability needed from 7 : 00AM-7 : 00PM, Monday-Friday and every other weekend.
Caregiver / Floater Job Summary : The position of Caregiver Float is to provide personal hygiene care, safe and healthy environment and wound care if necessary to clients as assigned and to be available to cover shifts when their Caregiver is on vacation, sick or if a new client is in process of getting a new Caregiver.
The Caregiver Float schedules are intermittent visits provided to the client according to the client’s care plan.
Caregiver Qualifications :
- Possess moderate computer skills, including word processing and data entry;
- Be a self-starter able to work with minimal supervision;
- Be a team player dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude;
- Be able to communicate effectively and possess well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills;
- Have the ability to effectively interact with all employees;
Preferred Qualifications :
High School Diploma / GED
CNA Certification
Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform the following tasks if necessary :
Ability to participate in physical activity.
Ability to work for extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
Moderate lifting, 20-40 pounds.
Ability to do extensive bending, lifting and standing on a regular basis.
Working Environment :
Caregivers work in client homes and travel to and from client homes as needed. Mileage reimbursement available for client transportation, client errands and for travel in between client homes.
