Accountant for Bookkeeping and Tax Preparation JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a skilled an experienced accountant to join our team at Breakaway Financial Group.

As an accountant,you willbe responsible for providing bookkeeping services to our current and future clients, as well asassisting with tax preparation work.

Our Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong bookkeeping and tax services background. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform day-to-daybookkeeping for multiple clients,ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Manage accounts payable andreceivable, bank reconciliations,and general ledger entries. Prepare financialstatements andreportsregularly.

Handle taxpreparation and filingforindividualandbusiness clients. Assist with taxplanning andprovide advice on tax-efficient strategies.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations. Collaborate with our team todevelop andimplement accountingpoliciesandprocedures.

Communicate effectively with clients togather necessary information and answer any questions about their accounts or tax matters.

The current position would be10 hoursper week and willincrease over time. REQUIREMENTS Provenexperience asan accountant, focusing onbookkeeping and tax preparation.

Strongunderstanding of accounting principles and taxregulations. Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks)andMSExcel.

Ability tomanage multipleclients anddeadlinesefficiently. Excellent attention to detail andproblem-solvingskills. Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.
