This position is open to local residents of Phoenix, Arizona

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for negotiating property acquisitions and sales, while staying in constant communication with investors and sellers via phone, text, and email to finalize pricing and terms.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 8 : 30AM - 5 : 00PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Sales experience
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent verbal communication over the phone
• Positive and proactive approach

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate property prices
• Conduct daily property comparisons
• Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
• Meet daily KPIs to ensure long-term success
• Work closely with a dynamic team and enjoy the journey!
• If you’re not licensed when hired, you’ll be required to complete real estate licensure. The company will cover licensure costs.

PAY STRUCTURE

Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.

60 per hour, against commission; whichever is greater. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions.
