Bicycle Marketing Coordinator
Maxxis International, the division of a global tire manufacturer, has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Bicycle Marketing Coordinator for our CST brand in Suwanee, GA.
This outstanding career opportunity is for a bicycle enthusiast with excellent verbal and written communications skills, in-depth knowledge of digital and social advertising, is a team player, and has a strong desire to excel.
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans and campaigns to further enhance and engage the bicycle industry
- Develop, write, execute and manage integrated marketing strategy / media campaigns through print and web advertising, social media and email blasts
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as sales fliers and catalogs
- Assist with plan activations and attend tradeshows and events
- Negotiate rates for advertising space, artwork, and photography and request insertion orders
- Act as a liaison between CST and media outlets
- Assist in organizing media events / product launches
- Maintain the bicycle section of the CST website
Key Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of digital and social advertising
- Ability to work with a team on dynamic projects
- Ability to collaborate with others to find creative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing OR Bachelor’s degree and one year of marketing experience
- Experience working in or knowledge of the bicycle industry required
- Experience with social media platforms required
- Experience using WordPress websites and Shopify platform preferred
