This position is based in Greenville, SC.
The Media and Content Coordinator supports and assist the Director, Brand Marketing and Creative Content and the whole marketing team across all job functions, as directed.
The incumbent supports the marketing team to execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
They curate compelling visual and written content, interact with partners and ambassadors, analyze metrics, and stay abreast of industry trends to maintain a strong online presence.
Crew Position :
- Develop and execute a creative social media plan with assistance from the Digital Media Specialist rooted in audience strategy, creative and authentic brand storytelling.
- Manage social content calendar and craft creative briefs in alignment with company objectives for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the Creative Content Team on content plans leveraging audience insights and past performance to inform decisions
- Manage day-to-day activities across multiple social media platforms, fostering engagement and growth with an always-on approach.
- Moderate User generated content (UGC) and collaborate with channels to weave in UGC as appropriate.
- Foster relationships with brand ambassadors to amplify the company's online presence & coordinate collaboration opportunities.
- Provide personalized support to partners and ambassadors, addressing inquiries, receiving requests and ordering product.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for partner and ambassador programs to report on yearly allowances and product value.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries with a proactive and professional approach.
- Distribute content appropriately to company stores, signature stores and wholesale partners.
- Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and competitors to inform strategy adjustments.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of social media efforts.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram shops & other shoppable commerce platforms to provide a seamless customer experience.

- Write blogs for The Southern Edit and publish content in the website theme adding according to links and images.
- Partner with copywriting agency to tailor copy to resonate with target audiences, conveying Southern Tide's lifestyle and values.

Who we would like to meet :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or relevant work experience.
- Generally, 2+ years’ experience in Social Media, Content Creation or Community Management.
- Proficient with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
