Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual : English and Spanish calls) to join our growing team.

This position is responsible for supporting the Health Texas project by providing customer care and enrollment services for health benefits via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals.

This is a full-time position where you will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement : you have the choice to work remotely or on site at our Austin, TX location.

  • Professional Development Opportunities- Participate in training programs, workshops, and conferences. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services in a contact center.
  • Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based portal regarding information on programs and services.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy. - Address customer inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. - Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems and add appropriate documentation to the systems while speaking with a customer. - Perform data entry accurately.

Minimum Requirements - High school diploma or GED required and 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Program Specific Requirements : - High School diploma or equivalent - 6 months of customer service experience preferred.

Must reside within 70 miles of El Paso, TX (Must live in Texas) Home Office Requirements : - Reliable, high-speed internet service - Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds - Must be a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber - Services that connect via a cellular network (mobile hotspot, fixed wireless, etc.
