Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, decorations, and any other necessary equipment.
- Assist with event execution, including catering, bar service, entertainment, and any other vendors as needed.
- Ensure that all event spaces are clean, organized, and meet the expectations of guests and event organizers.
- Assist the Event Lead and management team in addressing any issues or concerns that arise during events, including guest complaints, vendor issues, or logistical challenges.
- Ensure that all event-related documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements :
- Previous event or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Have or obtain any certifications or permits required for handling or serving food and alcohol in Davidson County.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (must have flexible schedule)

- Works on wet surfaces
- Is exposed to loud noise, fumes and / or toxic chemicals
- Works near moving, mechanical parts and lift truck traffic
- Must be able to move up to 55 lbs
Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to sit and / or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
