Regional Clinical Trainer for Market Leader Hearing Device Company. Responsibilities include : Perform expert training, support and leadership to field professionals on all matters related to product portfolio, providing audiological and technical support to Hearing Healthcare Professionals with regard to device fitting, software & product .

Conduct regional, in-office and online customer training activities; interface with various inter-company departments to provide training and support for product lines, product launches;

and represent at local and national seminars and events.

Requirements -

  • Au.D or Master’s Degree in Audiology required
  • 2+ years of hearing aid sales or dispensing either in a clinical environment or in a territory sales or training role
  • Strong problem solving abilities and capability to work under pressure
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships
  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient knowledge of hearing aid technology and industry practices

Territory - Northen CA - Travel 60% / Remote

Compensation - : OTE $118k - $136k, company car, plus all travel expenses, 401K, Benefits, etc.
