The CSV Engineer will be responsible for the commissioning, validation, and verification of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Schneider Electric systems and possess strong troubleshooting skills to ensure the systems operate effectively within a GMP environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform commissioning, validation, and verification of Building Automation Systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client specifications.
- Develop and execute validation protocols, including IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation.
- Create and maintain validation checklists to verify system functionality and compliance.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BAS within pharmaceutical facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building automation systems, providing technical support as needed.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of validation documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support training initiatives for staff on BAS operations and maintenance.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CSV and building automation technologies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation, specifically within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong experience with Schneider Electric Building Automation Systems.
- Proven expertise in commissioning, validating, and verifying complex systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and industry standards related to CSV.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
