- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure only AAP accepted
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course, not required
- EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring, within 2 years of start
- Tech Cert Verification - National details
- Tech Cert - National (Copy) details
- State License - Copy of Professional License requirements
- State License 1 Verification preferred
- NIH Stroke Certification with expiration date details
- Medication Test / Pharmacology Competency Exam details
- Color Blind Testing Online within 1 yr
- Competency Exams and Core Parts I-III required within a year and updated annually

- Negative 10 Panel Drug Test required within 30 days of start date
- Flu Vaccine required for certain start dates with specific documentation
- Effective 7 / 17 / 23 COVID Vaccinations are preferred, not required
- Background Check must include various checks and be within 60 days of start
- Two recent professional references required
