Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assess their carwash service needs.
- Provide detailed information about available services and packages.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist prepper in loading and prepping vehicles
Requirements :
- Previous experience in customer service or as a service writer is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Benefits :
- Hourly wage plus commission, $45,000-$55,000 per year
