Job Responsibilities
- Review estimates
- Review Statements of Work
- High level cost assumptions
- High level review of spend data
- Internal forecast review / submission
- Reconciliation of forecast to staff plan
- Client accruals
- Client PO management
- Client budget reporting
- Ongoing review of overall budgets
- Weekly / bi-weekly budget reconciliation meeting management
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work across capabilities and within multiple levels within the organization
Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in either PM or finance previously
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Responsible for managing multiple small accounts (roughly 1mm or less)
- Assists on larger accounts simultaneously
