Responsibilities

The Task Force Manager will assist with management transitions, acquisitions of new property openings, distressed properties providing leadership to operations in staffing, budgeting, forecasting, P&L responsibilities, sales & marketing, guest services and facilities management.

  • Plans, develops, coordinates and implements the day-to-day operations of the property
  • Assists with property staffing to include recruitment & selection, training, orientation & development, scheduling, counseling, performance management, and other team member relations’ issues
  • Assist with the training and development of all property management positions
  • Lead varied duties and tasks as needed, the task force nature of this position will allow for full flexibility in this area
  • Drive property-wide improvements within team member training and development, to

ensure top quality guest services and drive consistent guest returns

Qualifications

  • Hilton, Marriott and Hyatt brand experience required
  • 75% travel availability, roles will vary greatly depending on property designation
  • Five or more years of hotel experience with three years in a management position
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse
  • Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly personality
