Key Responsibilities :

Lead with Purpose : Ensure the highest level of customer service and resident satisfaction, promoting a vibrant community atmosphere.

Drive Success : Oversee sales initiatives and community outreach efforts to build awareness and ensure full occupancy.

Inspire a Team : Hire, train, and supervise employees to maintain optimal staffing and team morale.

Engage with Residents : Welcome new residents with orientation and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure a fulfilling living experience.

Community Advocate : Network with local organizations to raise awareness and foster partnerships.

Stay Ahead of Trends : Keep up-to-date with industry developments to maintain competitive and desirable services for our residents.

Operational Excellence : Manage budgets, financial reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance to keep operations running smoothly.

What You Bring :

Education & Experience : A degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of two years' experience managing senior living communities.

Leadership Skills : Proven experience in supervising teams, fostering a positive environment, and driving results.

Financial Acumen : Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage budgets.

Sales & Marketing Expertise : Experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on increasing occupancy and community outreach.

Communication & Compassion : Strong communication skills with a genuine love for working with older adults.

Tech Savvy : Proficiency with relevant software applications used in senior living environments.
