Your Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with purchases, answering questions, and offering personalized suggestions to meet their needs.
- Go above and beyond to make each customer feel like a part of our community and mission.
- Have in-depth knowledge of our products, including fit, style, and the story behind each item.
- Offer honest advice and feedback to customers about fit, popularity, and style.
- Maintain store cleanliness to create a welcoming environment for our customers.
- Open and close retail environments efficiently and safely.
- Ensure the safety of our customers by adhering to health protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to continuously improve our brand.
- Assist with inventory management to ensure stock is up to date and accurate.
