Responsibilities
- An Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.
- Perform typical managerial duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
- Customer service skills must be excellent, and you're able to speak to anyone naturally.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager (Required)
- Used car experience a plus
- 3 Years Experience in the automotive industry
- Attention to detail
- Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
