Your new role :

• Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, and equipment.
• Learn from the lead installer by listening, following instructions, and asking the right questions.
• Prepare worksites by gathering tools, equipment, and materials.
• Help lift, carry, and position HVAC components and equipment.
• Assist with assembly, installation, and connection of HVAC components according to specifications and building codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning the truck and shop.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe worksite.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

• 1+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Installer - Preferred
• Possession of EPA certification for handling refrigerants - Preferred
• Upbeat & 'go-getter' personality, and willing to learn / grow in the HVAC industry.
• All visible tattoos must adhere to standards of good taste (no profanity, nudity, gang-related imagery, or violence)
• Professional conduct with no swearing.
• Ability to generate 5-star reviews from customers
• Valid drivers license & clean driving record
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
