Your new role :
- Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems, including ductwork, pipes, and equipment.
- Learn from the lead installer by listening, following instructions, and asking the right questions.
- Prepare worksites by gathering tools, equipment, and materials.
- Help lift, carry, and position HVAC components and equipment.
- Assist with assembly, installation, and connection of HVAC components according to specifications and building codes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning the truck and shop.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe worksite.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

- 1+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Installer - Preferred
- Possession of EPA certification for handling refrigerants - Preferred
- Upbeat & 'go-getter' personality, and willing to learn / grow in the HVAC industry.
- All visible tattoos must adhere to standards of good taste (no profanity, nudity, gang-related imagery, or violence)
- Professional conduct with no swearing.
- Ability to generate 5-star reviews from customers
- Valid drivers license & clean driving record
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
