We are in need of our next great Leasing Agent. The ideal candidate will work to covert our rental customers into actual clients.
You should be knowledgeable in the local real estate market including neighborhoods, school districts and zoning ordinances.

This position is commission based.
Compensation :
$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property
- Validate all personal references and rental application information
- Present properties and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants to help secure rental agreement
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal
- Use a variety of social media and company’s website to display potential properties to help prompt quick turn around
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
