Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Work on the investments team managing a multi-million dollar investment portfolio

Migrate data from current CRM to Dynamo Software including data reconciliation, fund transactions, valuation data, and risk data

Refine and implement workflow, processes, and systems to help build organizational infrastructure, including data loading, set-up, modeling, analysis, and troubleshooting

Design and test solutions that will meet our internal needs and grow the Dynamo ecosystem

Enhance operational efficiency, information management, data management, and reporting capabilities through Dynamo

Support the investment departments data management infrastructure on a day-to-day basis

Act as a liaison to internal and external partners including the finance department

Make decisions and suggest solutions based on data analysis.

Perform work as a technical / functional expert with minimal direction

Prepare verbal and written presentations as requested

May perform other duties as assigned

Senior Analyst : Data & Operations

Qualifications :

An undergraduate degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Economics, or Finance

A minimum of 3-7 years of investment management industry and / or information technology experience including aspects of investment operations, finance, and / or data management

Advanced experience with Excel, Microsoft Power Query, and PowerBI preferred

Experience with VBA, SQL, R, Python, or other language(s) preferred as is familiarity with external APIs

Experience with Dynamo Software or other portfolio management and data reporting tools preferred (Blackrock Aladdin / eFront, Bloomberg, Solovis, Caissa / Burgiss, etc)

Competence, creativity, and ingenuity with elements that intersect finance and technology

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data and minimize errors, while also having the ability to see the organizational goals and take action to achieve them

Ability to learn and effectively use various software programs used by the Investment Department

Ability to function effectively as a team member and work independently as needed

Thorough professionalism in all technical and non-technical aspects of the position

Ability to prioritize and meet work deadlines consistently

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

The work environment is a hybrid office setting. Intermittent physical activities will include bending, reaching, sitting, and moving around the office during working hours.

Compensation :

$90,000-$100,000 plus exceptional benefits including 14% company contribution to employees retirement and this position is eligible for an incentive based bonus as high as 70%, and more!!!
