CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineering

We are expanding our operations and looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual. We are an OEM Contract Manufacturer specializing in high-precision, complex engineered plastics for the semi-conductor industry and some metals for Aerospace industry.

Requirements :

CNC Programmer Manufacture Engineer Requirements :

• Master-Cam experience with a minimum of 5 years developing / writing CNC programs.
• Capable of process development concept, operation sheets, fixture design, tool sheets and program machine code.
• This position will lead our efforts on process improvement of existing jobs in an attempt to reduce setup, develop robust systems driving cycle-times down.
• Technical writing for setup and process instructions is required.
• Understand and utilization of GD&T per Y14.5.
• CAD experience required, Solid Works a plus
• Experience with creating operational drawing is required.
• Muti-4 Axis Mill 3D surfacing and / or 4 axis Lathes.

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting is required
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Familiarity and skill with interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems that arise
• Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential
• Should have a positive and professional attitude
• Available to work weekends and overtime
• Capable of standing for extended periods of time
