Registered Nurse Telemetry - Travel - (Tele RN)
StartDate : 10 / 21 / 2024 Available Shifts : 12 N Pay Rate : $2087.84 - $2300.89
Top 10 Diagnosis / Procedures : Strokes, TBI, Craniotomies / cranioplasties, back surgeries, VP / LP shunts, seizures. Occasionally : syncope, hyper / hypotension & vascular surgeries.
Any special procedure done on the unit? Lumbar puntures & CT insertionsCommon Medications used on the unit? Antiseizure medications, antipsychotic medications, antihypertensive, DM.
Start and end shift , 1500-2330, 2300-0730, Lunch ( ½ hr, 1 hr, 2 hr, etc.) : 0.5 lunchNurse Patient Ratio : 1 / 7 or 8Is Vasoactive Drip Titration Required?
NIV Insertion YPICC / Central Line Management YVascular Device Access / Care YEpidural / PCA pumpsYFeeding Tubes YComments : Only telemetry monitoring for stroke patients and only 24 hours.
Will have remote tele capability
Required Qualifications
NY license
MS Neuro Unit
Will take 18 months of exp
