Responsibilities : * Evaluate equipment or machinery, interpret drawings and sketches applicable to assignment and determine action to be taken, tools and material required* Install, repair, relocate equipment such as : jigs and fixtures, lathes, grinders, conveyors, motors, pumps, furnaces, tanks, and work processing stations* Perform preventive maintenance program* Assemble and disassemble machine tools, diagnose problems or defects, repair and install replacement parts* Be able to operate a forklift, training will be providedQualifications : * Equivalent to 1 to 3 years applied trades training* Be able to read complicated drawings, specifications, handbooks, charts and tables* Able to read wiring diagrams and schematics and to use precision measuring devices* The ability to perform a wide-range of tasks, with an equal blend of interpersonal and critical-thinking skills* Ability to read, write, and communicate efficiently* Ability to use safety equipment (fire extinguishers)* Welding exp is a plus
