As the Sr Facilities Manager, you will maximize the customers’ shopping experience and tenant sales by ensuring a clean, well-maintained, safe, friendly, and aesthetically pleasing environment and asset preservation and enhancement while ensuring implementation of all PRCP standards.

You will oversee the center's operational functions, projects, construction, and contracted services. The Sr. Facilities Manager oversees the onsite maintenance, groundskeeping, and custodial teams.

To thrive, you should have :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in Operations, Facilities, or Property Management.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and operational functions, including the ability to read blueprints, CAD drawings, and schematics.
• Solution-oriented and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting commitments and producing accurate work.
• Basic to moderate computer skills (email, Excel, Word, online systems) and a valid Driver’s License.

Your responsibilities as the Sr. Facilities Manager for Crabtree Valley Mall will include :

• Develop and Execute Capital Plans : Create and implement a 5-year capital plan to maintain and enhance property assets, prioritizing critical needs and budget alignment.
• Oversee Preventative Maintenance : Manage the preventative maintenance program, ensuring all equipment is maintained, repaired, and appropriately documented to sustain a safe environment.
• Ensure Safety and Compliance : Maintain property safety systems, ensuring they are up to code, regularly inspected, and compliant with all safety regulations.
• Manage Property Operations : Oversee property operating expenses, manage third-party contractors, and ensure all services and capital projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Lead and Train Staff : Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff, ensuring high performance and compliance with safety and operational protocols.
