Hiring ASAP: Customer Sales Support Representative
Uspih Enterprises is a growing, privately owned sales and marketing company based in Portland, Maine servicing over 5,000 customers nationwide.
Currently, we are seeking a collaborative and solution-oriented Customer Sales Support Representative to join our team! This is a full-time, entry-level position.
Complete training is provided with regular performance evaluations, one-on-one mentorship, and travel opportunities.

Ultimately, we are looking for a friendly and driven Customer Sales Support Representative who likes to venture out of their comfort zone and talk with our clients about our many products and services.
Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Support Representative :
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions while closing sales directly with clients' leads
- Handle customer order-related questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Recommend products that will meet customers’ needs while making an effort to upsell products and services
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain current knowledge of products offered
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by upper management if needed
