CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

We are looking for dedicated and caring CNAs to assist residents with daily activities, provide personal care, and help ensure their comfort and well-being.

Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of care that our residents deserve.

• 3 PM - 11 PM Shift *
• Essential Functions : *
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
• Help residents with meals, including feeding when necessary.
• Ensure residents' rooms are clean, organized, and safe.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Qualifications : *
• New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous experience in a senior living facility or similar environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for documenting care activities.
