SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer will work in an on-site role for a small team.
The Chief Operating Officer will be the bridge between the finance, sales and operations teams. The Chief Operating Officer will play a key role in making certain that all strategic goals are executed upon.
Key Responsibilities :
- The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the development of operations strategies to help to ensure that financial goals are met.
- The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing all operations in an effort to ensure operation efficiencies.
- The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for working with the CEO to determine a path to achieve 20% year-over-year growth.
- The Chief Operating Officer will work with clients to ensure elite customer satisfaction.
- The Chief Operating Officer will help to manage budgets and forecasting.
Compensation and Benefits :
The compensation for this position starts at $150-170K + bonus. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include :
