About the Role : As a Spindle Technician, you'll play a key role in building, repairing, and testing spindles and related products.
You'll follow established procedures to ensure each product meets the high standards our customers expect. You'll work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment that values continuous improvement and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- Review work orders, gather necessary parts, and plan assembly processes.
- Inspect parts for cleanliness and quality, notifying the team leader if issues arise.
- Assemble products following approved techniques and safety standards.
- Conduct product tests throughout the assembly process, documenting results.
- Operate manual machines (lathes, mills, drills, etc.) to finish assemblies.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area, assisting with documentation and communication.
- Participate in training sessions and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
