Our client is looking for a talented Operations Manager to oversee this newly formed Hydronics Division and help them continue their journey of growth and success.
Job Description for the Operations Manager Hydronics Division : As the Operations Manager for our Hydronics Department, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing all operational aspects of our hydronics projects.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of hydronic systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities for the Operations Manager Hydronics Division :
- Lead and manage the Hydronics Department, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Thorough understanding of Hydronic radiant floor systems, baseboard hydronic systems, and hydro-air heating systems.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Help grow, manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians and engineers.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications of the Operations Manager Hydronics Division :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or industry tenure equivalent of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, and Operations supervision experience.
- Proven experience in managing hydronics operations within the HVAC or mechanical contracting industry.
- Strong knowledge of hydronic systems and their applications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
