Position Qualifications : Minimum Education : Associate's Degree Minimum Experience : 1 year of med / surg or acute care experience in an institutional setting If new RN - 1 year previous experience as an LPN in Home Health, Med / Surge or Acute care in an institutional setting.
Preferred Experience : 1 year of prior home care experience Required Certification / Registration : Current WV RN licensure Skills : Other Good oral & written communication skills Physical Demands Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing / walking Lifts, positions, pushes and / or transfers patients Lifts supplies / equipment Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching Working Conditions : Contact with patients under wide variety of circumstances May be exposed to patient elements Exposed to unpleasant elements (accidents, injuries, and Illness ) Subject to varying and unpredictable situations Handles emergency or crisis situations Travel required
