We are looking for a recruiter to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various skilled trades and office staff positions.
- Manage and fulfill job orders, update the candidate tracker system, and send hiring managers screened candidates with notes.
- Assist with interviewing candidates, meet with hiring managers to ensure all hiring needs are met, and participate in and coordinate company meetings.
- Assist in conducting career fairs within the region and collaborate with trade schools to help attract and retain talent.
Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with skilled trade or industrial recruiting.
- Experience with sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Utilization of applicant tracking systems.
