We are a work and social club where creatives and thought leaders gather and connect. Come join us as the Director of Operations , working in tandem with multiple teams / departments, reporting to the General Manager.
This is an on-site, hands-on leadership role, responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring member, guest, and team experience run as smoothly and efficiently as possible in support.

Director Of Operations Qualifications And Requirements
- 5+ years of Hospitality management experience, in an upscale and sophisticated environment
- Proficiency with financial management, controlling costs (supplies, labor, food + beverage, etc), and building sales
- Events experience highly preferred
- Enjoys maintaining a constant presence on the floor; ensuring staff, members and guests are supported in the day-to-day, restaurant, and during private events
- Comfortable managing a varied and diverse workforce
Director Of Operations Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage multiple departments, including Front Desk, Membership, Security, and Maintenance
- Oversight of Member Services (mail room processes / efficiencies, conference room assignments, member sales add-on opportunities)
- Membership Sales + Onboarding processes
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including bars, restaurant, and events / programming
