As a Procurement Compliance Manager here at Honeywell, youwill be accountable for ensuring compliance with procurement regulations andpolicies.
You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of ourprocurement processes and driving ethical practices across the organization.
You will report directly to our Sr. Materials Management Managerand you'll work out of our Chandler, AZ, Broomfield, CO or Golden Valley, MNlocation on a hybrid work schedule following the 3 / 2 policy.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution ofprocurement activities by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements,mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement procurement compliance policies andprocedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identifycompliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance withapplicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and training to procurement staff oncompliance requirements
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics and performance
- Stay updated on changes in procurement regulations andindustry best practices

Salary Range : $112,000 - $140,000

YOU MUST HAVE
- US Citizenship to obtain or maintain a security clearance
- 5+ years of experience in procurement compliance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and policies including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR / DFARS), ITAR and import / export requirements
- Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, ora related field
- 3+ years of management experience
- 3+ years of experience in SystemsApplications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) or similar system
- Professional certification in procurement or compliance(e.g., CSCP, CFCM)
- Experience in conducting compliance audits andinvestigations
- Strong communication and people-oriented skills
