We are seeking a highly skilledand experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Reactand strong knowledge of databases.
The ideal candidate will have aproven track record of creating and managing processes in the Azurecloud environment and a deep understanding of APIs.
This rolerequires excellent documentation skills and outstandingcommunication abilities. We are looking for a proactive individualwho can take charge of major initiatives and provide innovativedesign suggestions.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Lead andmanage full stack development projects focusing on both frontendand backendtechnologies.
- Develop maintain andoptimize APIs using Spring Boot Apollo andNode.js.
- Design implement andmanage database systems including Oracle Cosmos andNeo4j.
- Utilize Azure Cloudservices to deploy and manage applications including AKS (AzureKubernetes Service) ACA (Azure Container Apps) andKubernetes.
- Develop and maintainuser interfaces usingReact.js.
- Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to define design and deliver new features andenhancements.
- Provide technicalleadership and mentorship to other teammembers.
- Ensure highqualitydocumentation of code processes and systemconfigurations.
- Communicateeffectively with stakeholders including team members management andclients to ensure project alignment andtransparency.
- Stay updated withemerging technologies and industry trends to ensure continuousimprovement.

- FrontEndDevelopment :
- Advancedproficiency inReact.js.
- Design and implementuserfriendly interfaces with a focus on performance andresponsiveness.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield. Masters degreepreferred.
- Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in full stackdevelopment.
- Proven experience inleading and managing developmentprojects.
- Strong proficiency inJavaScript and modern frontend frameworks specificallyReact.js.
- Extensive experiencewith backend technologies such as Spring Boot Apollo andNode.js.
- Deep understanding ofdatabase management systems including Oracle Cosmos andNeo4j.
- Handson experiencewith Azure Cloud services and container orchestration tools likeAKS andKubernetes.
- Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
- Strong documentationand communicationskills.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam.
PreferredSkills :
- Experience withAgile / Scrummethodologies.
- Familiarity withDevOps practices and CI / CDpipelines.
- Knowledge ofmicroservices architecture and serverlesscomputing.
