Duties :
- Provide legal advice and counsel on executive compensation, employment, and benefits matters.
- Conduct research and analysis on tax, securities, and other relevant executive compensation and benefits laws.
- Draft and review legal documents, including employment agreements, equity compensation, and benefit plans.
- Assist with negotiations and transactions involving executive compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and departments to address client needs effectively.
- Stay updated on legal developments and trends in executive compensation and benefits law.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits law.
- Strong understanding of tax, securities, and other relevant executive compensation and benefits laws.
- Experience in company representation and compensation disclosure issues.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission.
