Hourly Pay Rate : $20 an hour (DOE)
Part-Time Flexible Hours : 20-25 hours per week

Our Adolescent & Young Adult Mental Health Outpatient Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is hiring!
As Clinical Support Staff you will be supported by an experienced leadership team, Executive Director, and Administrative Team that are all focused on the mission to facilitate lasting positive change for young people and their families.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the PHP and IOP Program teams, by facilitating groups, assisting with client check-ins, and supporting clients in practicing skills that promote emotion regulation.
- Comfort with ages 12 -18 yrs. of age
- Prepare and supply group rooms
- Attend weekly multidisciplinary treatment team meetings as needed
- Engage in professional and positive rapport with clients, families, co-workers, and staff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of group rooms and office space including supplies, furniture and equipment.
- Performing other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Completion of or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field
- Experience working with adolescents, teens and young adults ages 12 - 18 yrs. old
- Experience working in a behavioral or mental health setting
- Team player with a growth mindset
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a state background check
- Microsoft Suite & Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
