About the Role :
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Home Care Aide to join our team at Compassionate Care In Home Care, LLC.
As a Registered Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients by providing personalized in-home care services.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior
Requirements :
- Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Prior experience in home care or a related field
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
