We've spent the last 45 years scaling to over 500 employees across 9 offices. Our architecture and engineering services serve a vatiety of project types such as hospitality, corporate, government, retail, healthcare, education, institutional, tribal gaming / science and technology industries.
We are seeking Job Captains with well-rounded BIM skills and practical exposure to commercial construction document production to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Working with a team from project inception through all phases of the project
- Maintain project schedules, cost projections, and budget estimates.
- Communicating and integrating work efforts with the internal project team and external consultantsConducts design meetings with Consultants.
- Working closely with the Project Manager and team to coordinate the work effort amongst all internal and external team members
- Delivering overall quality consistent with scope, budget and project goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with architecture experience
- Revit and / or BlueBeam is required
- Experience working with other Team Members
- Strong client interface skills
