Job Description : Ace Hardware is currently seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates.

Sales Associates play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience by assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on products to meet customer needs
• Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Restock shelves and maintain merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment
• Answer customer inquiries and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise shipments
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety standards and inventory control

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a computer
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
